Mr. Quigley is the Director of the West Virginia University Internal Audit Office. He began his career with Grant Thornton, a national public accounting firm, after receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State. He has been actively involved in developing, implementing and managing new audit strategies and approaches for over twenty-five years. Mr. Quigley is a member of the Association of College and University Auditors.

C. Shannon Craig is a Senior Auditor at West Virginia University. Prior to joining WVU Internal Audit, she worked for the Defense Contract Audit Agency, where she had over 10 years of experience in auditing. Ms. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Grove City College, a Masters of Business Administration from Frostburg State University, and a CPA.

Dixie Paletta is a Senior Auditor at West Virginia University. She has over 30 years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Auditing and has held positions in the private sector, public accounting, healthcare and also at WVU as the Assistant Director of the Office of Student Accounts and Revenue Services where she managed the University’s student and departmental revenue. Dixie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Computer Information Systems from California University of Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in West Virginia and Pennsylvania and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Mr. Shea graduated from WVU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1988 and began his career in public accounting working as a Staff Accountant for Thomas Havey & Company in their Washington DC office. He then worked for the Auditor of Public Accounts in Virginia as a Senior Auditor, where he was responsible for performing Single Audits of State colleges and universities. Since January of 1994, except for a temporary assignment as the Interim Bursar in the WVU Student Accounts Office, Sean has worked as a Senior Auditor for the WVU Internal Audit Office.
