Mr. Quigley is the Director of the West Virginia University Internal Audit Office. He began his career with Grant Thornton, a national public accounting firm, after receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State. He has been actively involved in developing, implementing and managing new audit strategies and approaches for over twenty-five years. Mr. Quigley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of College and University Auditors.

Rosemary Casteel is a Senior Information Systems Auditor at West Virginia University. She has over 18 years of experience in information systems management. Before joining WVU in 2006, she worked for the National Association of Securities Dealers/Nasdaq Inc.in Rockville, MD. Ms. Casteel holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. She is an active member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) International.

Mr. Chuey is an auditor at WVU. He began his career with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, a national public accounting firm after receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree from WVU. In addition, he holds advanced degrees in law and business administration. Prior to joining the Internal Audit Office in 2006, Mr. Chuey served as an auditor in public accounting and for the U.S. Government Accountability Office. He has in excess of twenty years of combined experience in auditing, taxation and accounting education.

Mr. Gunter is a Senior Auditor at West Virginia University. Prior to joining WVU Internal Audit in 2009, he served as an Audit Manager with a large banking and financial services company in North Carolina. He has over 15 years of experience in auditing, and also held positions in financial management and regulatory compliance within the financial sector. Mr. Gunter received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Fairmont State University. A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), he is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Fiduciary and Investment Risk Management Association.

Mr. Maatman is a Senior Auditor with 30 years of auditing and accounting experience. He joined WVU Internal Audit in 1981 to support university administration by performing independent reviews. Mr. Maatman received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from WVU and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in accounting from Michigan State University. He holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Courtney Oxman is a Senior Information Systems Auditor at West Virginia University. She joined the University in 2008 from an Information Systems Audit Manager position with a mid-west bank. With over 15 years information systems audit experience, she has worked in the oil, financial and retail industries and the public sector. She holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. A Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) since 1987; she is an active member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

Mr. Shea graduated from WVU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1988 and began his career in public accounting working as a Staff Accountant for Thomas Havey & Company in their Washington DC office. He then worked for the Auditor of Public Accounts in Virginia as a Senior Auditor, where he was responsible for performing Single Audits of State colleges and universities. Since January of 1994, except for a temporary assignment as the Interim Bursar in the WVU Student Accounts Office, Sean has worked as a Senior Auditor for the WVU Internal Audit Office.
